"Nicholas has been an all-around great teammate. He has shown to have great skills as both a producer and a programmer, being able to direct the team with an easy-going approach that has been motivating and also coding a great number of sections for our game without many problems.

I personally value how he’s a great listener and can maintain a great atmosphere in the group while trying to look for each person’s interests and taking suggestions into account. Due to this approach and his organization skills, we have had a less stressful development cycle for our new game.

His commitment to focus on UX and his ability to program many aspects to improve on said UX are great."
